I'm even more crazy about SPINNING. My favorite wheel is the old 1970's Ashford Traddy that once belonged to my Grammy. Now I've even stepped onto the Weaving path. Huh? Yeah. Just a bit. Onto the Rigid Heddle Weaving path with my Kromski Harp.

Happy Birthday to Me
Yeah, yeah, it's my birthday. I'm getting older, but I'm still kick'n.
And I'm an election baby - born on Kennedy's election day so many years ago. That's proven prophetic for my political leanings.
And the election day yesterday - perfect! I enjoyed savoring it today.
Not many birthdays this satisfying. When I'm feeling more technically inclined, I'll try to scan in the photo I found of my teenage self.
Regardless of how you voted, I think we can all agree that we're sick of the political ads and it's time to move on. Ready for some unification and healing in this country. Whew! I'm certainly ready for that.
Peace and love, everyone - let's hope for that.

Oh wow! You look the same! Seriously. Ok, longer hair, but still, people who went to high school with you would certainly recognize you. I hope you had a great day and blew your diet out of the water with great cake.
I don't like cake, but I had an ice cream sunday with hot fudge (the 3 of us split it).
We went out to dinner together but savoring the election results and hearing the whole story unfold was really my big "yahoo". I hope and pray some things will change now.
I'm a political junkie - but with the cruel, nasty ads this year, even I had had ENOUGH already!!! I'm ready for healing now - let's get rid of the nasty political throat cutting and move to cooperation and problem solving.
Happy (belated) Birthday!
Happy belated birthday... mine's coming right up soon, too
You look great! The new hair has really grown well and is very flattering. Happy Belated.
The long-haired version on the blog is when I was a teenager. I still have short hair.
