Morning Has Broken?
Morning has broken, like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird
Praise for the singing, praise for the morning
Praise for the springing fresh from the word
Sweet the rain's new fall, sunlit from heaven
Like the first dewfall, on the first grass
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden
Sprung in completeness where his feet pass
Mine is the sunlight, mine is the morning
Born of the one light, Eden saw play
Praise with elation, praise every morning
God's recreation of the new day
Morning Has Broken
As Sung by Cat Stevens
lyrics by Eleanor Farjeon
Guess what? Things may be looking up for us. Bob finally got a job!!! Yay!!!
We are thrilled to say the least.
Thanks to all who have been sending us well wishes and heartfelt prayers for him to find a job. Whew, what a relief.

Congrats! So glad to hear it!
Good Deal!! Your sunrise picture is beautiful.
What wonderful news! I was just reading a news article today about people who have been unemployed long term and my heart just ached. I'm so happy that things are looking up for your family.
Hurray!! I'm so relieved for you guys. I just hated thinking of the stress you were under every day while you worried about the future.
Huzzah! So glad for you two.
Worrying and not being able to plan is so stressful.
Chelle, that is utterly fantastic news. I had similar news today from a friend of mine who was in the same boat, very stressed himself, and it feels like things are finally starting to turn around. I know all too well how that stress can consume all the corners of your life you didn't even know were there. Yay!
VERY happy for you both!
I am so glad for you both.
I had a long dry spell like that in 2002. I went from October until March so I know how hard it has been for you both. You were so lucky that you had your job.
YAY! WOO HOO! So glad that things are looking up. Hope that eases the stress level a bit. :)
