A high-energy blogger, knitter, reader (and sometimes writer) who does mainly knitting, who loves knitting LACE. I love making lace shawls as well as comfy prayer shawls. I'm even more crazy about SPINNING. My favorite wheel is the old 1970's Ashford Traddy that once belonged to my Grammy. Now I've even stepped onto the Weaving path. Huh? Yeah. Just a bit. Onto the Rigid Heddle Weaving path with my Kromski Harp.

That's everyone. It was really a pleasure knitting it! I love lace. When you are concentrating on lace, your mind is concentrating on the pattern of making the lace and you can't think about whatever might be troubling you. It really gets you in a meditation-like concentrated place. I like it.

I keep thinking I'll call you and say in person what I think about the shawl, then miss times where I think you might not be super busy. :P
At any rate, you should know... That thing is GORGEOUS! If you had ANY doubt about your knitting abilities, that shawl should have nipped them. Wow!
